In-person support is what our farmer support team is all about. This team meets regularly with our farmer partners on everything from milk quality to continuous improvement. The team hosts regional meetings to strengthen our Horizon community and give farmers the chance to learn from each other.

HOPE Scholarship

Since 2007, we have gifted 95 scholarships to the children, grandchildren, and young relatives of farmers in the Horizon Organic Dairy, LLC network who are working to earn a degree in agriculture or related fields.
